How to get started?

To get started, we need a 3D model. Based on it, we determine the material consumption, print length and necessary post-processing and price the order. If you already have a 3D model, you can price it online without waiting. Otherwise, we will be happy to help you create it.

What if I don't have a 3D model?

We will be happy to create a 3D model according to your wishes. There are many sites with 3D models available on the internet. If you get something wrong, there’s a good chance you’re not the first, and someone has already created a 3D model.

If you have a part that you need a copy of, send it to us, we will create a 3D model and print you a copy.

What 3D model formats do you accept?

We prefer STL, OBJ and 3MF formats, but we can convert other formats. Make sure your model is correctly created and does not contain errors.

How long does it take to process an order and deliver the final product?

The processing time depends on the complexity of the model and the actual capacity. We keep you informed of estimated completion times and deliver prints on time. We print most things within 3 days.

What constitutes a price?

Weight, material type, size and complexity of the object, print detail (layer height) are all factors that affect price.

I need a lot of identical pieces, do you provide quantity discounts?

Yes, we provide quantity discounts for larger orders. Contact us for information on prices and discounts.

How big an object can you print?

The maximum size of the object is 25 cm x 25 cm x 25 cm. Often, however, larger objects are printed by breaking them into multiple smaller pieces and then gluing them together.
